Behavioral Pharmacotherapy

As members of the American Society for Clinical Psychopharmacology, we provide medicines for the treatment of Mood Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders, Eating Disorders, Sexual Disorders, Alcohol Addiction/Dependence, Substance Addiction/Dependence and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Sometimes one medicine can resolve symptoms; sometimes, a combination of various medicines turns out to be most effective. Most of the medicines do produce a psychoactive change within the individual’s perception, mood, thought patterns and behavior. We cannot always know which medicine is likely to help a specific individual, so it is important to be persistent until we find the medicine that is successful for you.
