Cassandra holds two Master degrees in Human Resource Development and Administration from Barry University and Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. She is registered by the Florida Department of Health as Mental Health Intern and is a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) and Professional Life and Business Coach who specializes in organizational management, mental health counseling, substance abuse therapy, relapse prevention, domestic violence, anger management and codependency. Cassandra has been a business and training consultant for 19 years. Her expertise is in instructional design, facilitation and management skills. She is one of the many trainers who facilitate training programs at the facility. She also coaches up and coming entrepreneurs in starting their own private practice/business model. Her passion is working with clients who are struggling with essential life skills to help them become productive members in the community in which they live.
