Donna moved to Florida several years ago. She was employed as a District Manager for Barnes and Noble for over 10 years, where she was directly responsible for all hiring and training of employees in the Baltimore, MD area. During her career with the infamous bookstore, Donna implemented and streamlined various programs to improve the workflow. She continued to improve the productivity by training other managers across the U.S. and helped to develop “best business practices” which are still in use by the corporation today.
Her own path of recovery led her to Wellington Retreat where her skills in training, thinking outside the box, and looking for solutions to expedite recovery continues to be her driving force at Wellington Retreat. Her personal experience has helped others at Wellington Retreat see the rewards of working with a good program. Donna’s skills include team leadership, behavioral management, and conflict resolution. She is exceptionally organized and disciplined and her interpersonal and communication skills allow her to motivate and direct others in a supportive, cooperative team environment.
