We have come to find that exercise show a direct decrease in anxiety and depression in some individuals, with others reporting better eating habits and a more restful full night’s sleep. Research shows that exercise may alleviate outlying symptoms of schizophrenia, low self-esteem and social anxiety. With this in mind, Wellington Retreat offers state of the art exercise equipment to encourage a structured exercise programs that ensure supervised levels of exercise while providing a safe environment. If a more personally designed exercise program becomes necessary Wellington Retreat will initiate the coordination of sessions with our in house fitness trainer.
